Scheduled Maintenance
The M-Bridge Integration Platform will be undergoing urgent, required maintenance by the Kantata OX (formerly known as Mavenlink) DevOps team this weekend. All other integration platforms: M-Bridge Workflows, Smart Upload Manager (SUM), and DataLoader (DL), will be unaffected. Maintenance will begin at 8:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Friday evening and is expected to end by Sunday afternoon. During this time, the M-Bridge Integration Platform will be offline and unavailable. All scheduled scenarios will be paused, and processing will resume once the platform is back online. Paused processes include: connections to external systems, internal integrations, including Mavenlink Enabled Automations (MEAs), and Flat-File integrations. Kantata expects no loss of data, only a brief pause of platform activity.

Additionally, because of this upcoming maintenance, Kantata has paused new deploys for the Production, Demo, and UAT Integration Platforms. Deploys will resume after maintenance is complete. Deploys include: bug fixes, enhancements, and other changes to integrations or the platform.

The M-Bridge Integration Platform is undergoing a planned change of providers. The timeline was accelerated in order to provide higher service and stability to our integration clients. After this maintenance period, the integration platform and core Kantata OX will be unified under the same provider, delivering an improved experience to you.

This maintenance will include a change in IP addresses for the M-Bridge Integration Platform. Your company may need to update your whitelisted IP addresses if they have previously integrated M-Bridge into FTP/SFTP servers or Jira On-Premise servers. Kantata OX clients requiring updated IP address information should contact their Kantata CSM or Kantata Support for more specific information.
